About

Equilibriumism is the system of practice which attempts to bring about a state of equilibrium on planet earth. This system is laid out in the Equilibrium Archive. It may be appropriate to refer to individual acts of equilibriumism as “equilibration.” An "equilibriumist" is a devoted practitioner of equilibriumism.

Equilibriumism necessarily encompasses all aspects of life, including all aspects of organisms. If one part of the system is out of line, consequences in the rest of the system will naturally follow. This is why, for the human, equilibriumism is and must be a way of life which he is wholly devoted to. Any compromise will result in failure-- especially under the present circumstances, where the system has become so distorted and fragile, and is so close to breaking.

Note that equilibriumism is a "system of practice" followed by "practitioners." It is not a "belief system" followed by "believers." Because equilibrium is a condition of the physical world, it can be achieved only with actions. Belief is unnecessary. The goals of equilibriumism are tangible and observable. You do not have to believe, because you will know when you are on the right track. The proof is in the fruits of your labor.
